The task was to bring GU-Q’s global prestige to life while speaking directly to Gen Z on TikTok and Instagram. The goal? Inspire applications and fast-track decisions, all while balancing the weight of tradition with the energy of a “social media native” generation. What we created is more than a film, it’s a pulse of campus life.
Four student ambassadors lead us through GU-Q’s vibrant spaces, captured with playful transitions, candid angles, and moments of flair like a billiard ball transition or a perfect water bottle flip. Every detail is intentional, every cut designed to draw you in, creating a fast-paced, authentic piece that feels alive—just like GU-Q itself.
The creative direction focused on capturing Georgetown University’s global prestige while resonating with Gen Z. We aimed to balance tradition with the dynamic energy of social media, creating an engaging narrative that speaks directly to future students.
The video production brought GU-Q’s campus to life through dynamic student-led tours, playful transitions, and candid shots. We showcased the vibrant, fast-paced atmosphere of campus life with a mix of creative moments, like billiard ball transitions and perfect water bottle flips.
The color grading used bold, vibrant tones to reflect the lively energy of GU-Q, while maintaining a polished look that highlighted the campus’s prestigious environment. The overall feel was youthful, authentic, and energetic—just like the students themselves.
